At LeafLock, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return any product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Products Covered
Our return policy applies to the following LeafLock products:
- Humidity Packs: Unused and unopened 2-Way Humidity Packs are eligible for return.
- Curing Bags: Unopened LeafLock 2-Way Curing Bags in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
- Branch Whisperers: Must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- Terpene Products: Terpene bottles that remain sealed and unused may be returned.
- Accessories & Merchandise: All merchandise, including clothing and accessories, can be returned if unused and in the same condition received.
Non-returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used humidity packs
- Partially used terpene bottles
- Custom or special orders
- Gift cards
Refunds
- Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Products returned with signs of use or damage
- Products returned more than 30 days after purchase
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at info@leaflock.store. Photos of the defective item and proof of purchase will be required.
Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Trackable Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure safe delivery.
